Research finds its form in strategy. I design programs, policies, services, and experiences that meet people where they are while building toward more sustainable futures - activating underused spaces, reimagining workplace strategies that support wellbeing and reduce environmental impact, shaping public experiences that strengthen community resilience. Lasting change requires stewardship - I turn plans into action by collaborating closely with implementation teams, whether that involves internal capacity building or public-facing pilots that test and improve on ideas before scaling.
